"The internet" is partially available on the Pacific Coast.
Our system is operational but about 15% of our customers (depending on their location) don't have access because the internet does not bring their connection to our server.

2008Dec11-12
The Win-Hand service was available but we updated our backup server which caused a few yellow icons
on end-users' PCs (on their win-hand icon) for about 1 second about 8 times within those 2 days.

Outgoing emails were blocked. It was taking 10 to 120 minutes for emails to be sent.

The Win-Hand Connection Service was available at 30%. 70% of our customer did not have remote remote access service over the night.

2008Feb27 We updated our mail server.
It is unlikely but possible that some emails might have been lost during the update.

Due to an extreme heat wave in the western US,
our two US connection servers were unavailable due to a prolongated power outage.
Our Canadian Connection server has limited connectivity.

The Win-Hand VPN network was working perfectly but MTI was having
delays in sending and receiving emails. Resolved

2005Jun17 15:40 until 16:20 PDT (40 minutes; Resolved)
The service was unavailable.

2005Feb09 00:10am-08:38am PST (Resolved)
The Connection Service was unavailable. It is back online since 8:38am.
We are working on a solution that will prevent this from occurring again.

The service was restored around 4am PST.

The Connection Service was unavailable.
The service is now restored but users had to click "Try Again"

The Connection Service was unavailable for about 45 minutes.
After that it was still difficult to connect.
This was due to a planned Network maintenance.
Meaning of the different status:
The Win-Hand Anywhere Connection Servers are fully operational.
There are no known performance issues.
The Win-Hand Anywhere Connection Servers are operational.
There are known performance issues or the Connection Servers are being updated. Reconnects or retries might be required.
The Connection Service is being updated, PDA retries may be required. After a session, a delay from 0 to 20 minutes may be required to reconnect.
The Win-Hand Connection Servers are temporary unavailable.
