1) Go to your remote PC and make sure it is
Powered ON, Logged-in and
Connected to the Internet
2) Click "Start; Programs; Win-Hand; Win-Hand Server"
=> Make sure "
Run automatically" is
CHECKED
3) Look at the "Status" field, if it is red, it indicates what the problem is.
4) If it shows "Waiting for a Connection": Double-Click the configuration matching your AccountID/Remote#
If you can not find it, it means that PC is not configured to accept connections from this Mobile Device.
Solution: a) Make sure you don't have another PC configured for this AccountID/Remote#
b) Click Start; Programs; Win-Hand; Win-Hand Server; than click "Add"...
